Violations & Fines
Operating outside the zones and areas listed in § 8.18(5), such as inside a residential RS, RM or RD district without the limited private-event permit, or in an area not marked on the City Clerk's designated-spot map, is a violation subject to a $50 forfeiture per day under § 8.18(7), plus a possible order to cease operations immediately and suspension, revocation or non-renewal of the vendor's permit.
