Full Breakdown
Texas Property Code §202 limits HOA authority over certain protected improvements: solar panels (§202.010) cannot be prohibited though placement conditions are allowed, xeriscape/drought-tolerant landscaping (§202.007) must be permitted, US/Texas/military flags (§202.011) protected, religious items on doorframes (§202.018) protected.
