Home occupations are a permitted accessory use under section 17-32-020(C), and the same subsection controls how much vehicle traffic a home business can generate. Clause (C)(7) limits patron parking to no more than two motor vehicles associated with customers of the home occupation, parked at any time on the dwelling unit site or on the street. Clause (C)(8) separately caps the business's own vehicles at one motor vehicle and one trailer, as defined in section 10-12-040, used in whole or in part for the home occupation.

Clause (C)(9) bars any commercial vehicle over 10,000 pounds gross vehicle weight from being parked at the dwelling or on the street if it is used for the home occupation. These vehicle limits sit alongside the rest of (C)'s conditions: the business must run entirely inside the dwelling by its residents, stay clearly secondary to the home's residential use, occupy no more than half the first floor area, post no exterior signs, keep no exterior storage, and create no offensive vibration, dust, odor, heat, or glare noticeable at the property line.

Because a home occupation is an accessory use rather than a separately permitted business, there is no license application named in this section; compliance is judged against these standing conditions, and Community Development or Code Compliance responds when a complaint or inspection shows the patron-vehicle count, or any other (C) condition, is being exceeded.
