040(D) and (E) impose a flat no-signage rule on home occupations as part of the chapter's environmental standards. 200(H). Subsection E extends the restriction beyond the property line: no media or other off-premises advertising, whether a newspaper listing, flyer, or online ad, is permitted to give the address or location of the home occupation. Together the two subsections are designed to keep a licensed home occupation visually and functionally indistinguishable from an ordinary residence, consistent with subsection A's requirement that the business stay clearly subordinate to the residential use and subsection B's bar on any exterior modification suggesting a non-residential use. 070.
