23(A)(11) states that on-site advertising for the home occupation is prohibited, except a Class I temporary sign as defined in Chapter 109 of the ordinance may be displayed during business hours within the property of the residence. That means a permanent business sign, a lit sign, a freestanding commercial sign, or any signage beyond the single allowed temporary sign is off-limits at a Surprise home occupation.
