Personal property that is not biohazardous and appears to belong to identifiable individuals must be bagged, tagged, and stored in a county facility for at least ninety days, where owners can reclaim it without charge. Hazardous waste, soiled bedding, and clearly abandoned items may be disposed of immediately.
