Village of Ashwaubenon Code section 22-2-23, Summer Water Use Regulations, sets the village's peak-season lawn-sprinkling limit. Outside the June 15 to September 15 window there is no address-based watering schedule in this section; the restriction applies only during the three summer months when municipal water demand peaks. Inside the window, the rule turns entirely on the property's street number: an even-numbered address may run sprinklers on even-numbered calendar days, and an odd-numbered address only on odd-numbered days. Subsection (B) creates a single escape valve: any departure from the alternating schedule must be authorized in writing by the village president, so a resident cannot simply decide the schedule does not fit and skip it.
