Because § 7-4-148(A)'s definition of 'trailer' expressly reaches 'any coach, cabin, mobile home, recreational vehicle or other vehicle or structure intended for or capable of human dwelling or sleeping purposes,' the general ban at § 7-4-149 covers campers, travel trailers and boats-on-trailers alike: none may be parked on any street, alley, highway, village road or other public place, and the default rule bars them from privately owned land too.
