On the roadway side of any vehicle blocking all or part of a marked bicycle lane. A violation of Subsection 10-4-1(A)15. shall result in a mandatory fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). If a ticket issued under this Subsection is not paid within twenty-one (21) days following issuance of final determination of liability, the City shall impose an additional penalty of fifty-five dollars ($55.00). In addition, the City reserves the right to tow the vehicle.
