' Subsection (a) bars driving a motor vehicle within a sidewalk area except where crossing a permanent or temporary driveway. Subsection (b) covers designated bicycle lanes: a bicycle lane shall not be obstructed by a parked or standing motor vehicle or other stationary object, meaning delivery trucks, trailers, and dumpsters count along with cars.
