Use powered bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters or any other vehicle or go-cart on any athletic court, field, bicycle or pedestrian way, boardwalk, or seawall at or in any city park, except Class 1 or Class 2 electric bicycles as defined by F.S. § 316.003, may be used on any bicycle trail or a sidewalk that is at least ten foot wide and designed for use by pedestrians and bicycles at or within any city park and provided by vendors authorized by the city to rent electric bicycles or give tours using electric bicycles in the park.

Sec. 28-50(11) bans powered bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, go-carts and similar vehicles from athletic courts, fields, bicycle or pedestrian ways, boardwalks and seawalls inside Kissimmee parks. The one exception: Class 1 and Class 2 electric bicycles, as defined in F.S. § 316.003, may operate on bicycle trails or sidewalks that are at least ten feet wide and built for shared pedestrian and bicycle use inside a park, when the bikes are supplied by vendors the city has authorized to rent electric bicycles or run e-bike tours there.
