010 authorizes Pasco police and Police Chief-commissioned persons to use automated traffic safety cameras to detect stoplight infractions, railroad crossing violations, school and hospital speed zone violations, public park speed zone violations, school walk zone violations, and roadway work zone violations. 022 and cannot be shortened after the camera is installed.
