Subsection (7) targets 'the creation of a loud and excessive noise in connection with loading or unloading any vehicle or the opening and destruction of bales, boxes, crates, and containers,' language that reaches delivery trucks, freight carriers and dock operations dropping or slamming cargo, tailgates and pallets. , but subsection (7) has no such time-of-day trigger, meaning a delivery truck's loading noise can be cited whenever it crosses the 'loud and excessive' threshold, day or night.

That threshold still incorporates the general reasonable-person and audibility standard from Section 10-136.
