It reaches the creation of any noise which disturbs the peace and quiet of a reasonable person in connection with loading or unloading of any vehicle, or the opening and destruction of bales, boxes, crates and containers, but only when that activity happens between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Outside that nine-hour window the same loading and unloading activity is not restricted by this particular subsection, though it can still be reached by the general loud-or-raucous-noise prohibition in Section 9.08.020 if it disturbs a reasonable person at any hour.
