Full Breakdown
Sec. 16-12(a)(6) is Broken Arrow's general nighttime noise curfew: creating any of the noises enumerated earlier in the section, vehicle horns, loud music or TV, habitual animal barking, unmuffled exhaust, and construction, between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, or 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday, in a manner plainly audible 50 feet from the source, is prima facie evidence of a disturbing-the-peace violation.
