(c) Band or Orchestral Rehearsals. The conducting of or carrying on of band or orchestral concerts or rehearsals or practice between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. in any area, building or structure wherein the adjoining occupied building used for human habitation is nearer than two hundred (200) feet. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 2 of Article 1 of this Code.
