' Because this is one of the enumerated violations under § 35-3, no sound-level meter reading is required, a 'noise disturbance' can instead be established, under § 35-2, by sworn affidavits from two or more residents in separate households, by a reading in excess of the limits in the chapter's Noise Control Table 1, or by the personal observation of a police officer or Town peace officer, added by the August 9, 2022 amendment.
