Hanford Municipal Code Β§10.16.030 allows towing of vehicles exceeding the 72-hour on-street limit. Inoperable, unlicensed, or dismantled vehicles left outdoors on private property may be declared a public nuisance under Title 8. Property owners may be ordered to remove such vehicles or face abatement with costs charged to the parcel.
