Painting of vehicles at any residence is prohibited unless conducted inside an appropriate and approved spray booth.(b)A vehicle of any type is permitted to undergo major overhaul, including body work, provided that such work is performed inside a structure or similarly enclosed area designed and approved for such work purpose, or in any commercial repair facility conducting business within the city, including repair garages, salvage yard and similar business establishments.(c)The presence of a junked, inoperable vehicle, or motor vehicle parts on public or private property in the city is hereby declared a nuisance, which may be abated as such in accordance with section 27-8 of this Code.
