(c)No person shall park or leave standing in one (1) place any trailer or nonmotorized vehicle upon a street or highway in excess of twenty-four (24) hours.(d)No commercial vehicle in excess of two (2) axles shall be parked on any street right-of-way except for the purpose of delivering or picking up material or merchandise or performing a service call.
