Instead, under Sec. 14-302 of the Columbia, Missouri Code of Ordinances, once the city posts signs in a block, no one may park a truck exceeding one ton net weight on that designated street. Five streets in Boone County neighborhoods carry this ban today: Loch Lane, Pannell Street (between Business Loop 70 and Smith Street), Parker Street (Vandiver Drive to Northland Drive), Rockhill Road (Broadway to Fyfer Place), and White Gate Drive's north side. A separate provision, Sec. 14-303, bars any truck parking on Forest Avenue between Providence Road and Grand Avenue. Streets not signed under either section are unrestricted for truck parking.
