It shall be unlawful to park or permit to be parked any truck with a gross vehicle weight rating of twenty thousand (20,000) pounds or more, with or without a semitrailer, on any property upon which such parking is not a permitted use. This section shall not apply to any truck either making a delivery or waiting to make a delivery to a business located on that lot.
