In unincorporated Gwinnett County, buses, trucks and other vehicles over one-half ton capacity can't sit on a public street or highway for more than one hour, day or night.
No person shall park or stand any bus, truck or other freight- or passenger-carrying vehicle in excess of one-half ton capacity upon any public street or highway for a period longer than one hour at any time during the day or night.(b)No person shall stop or stand any truck or bus with a body more than eight feet or 2.4384m wide or ten feet or 3.048m high on any street or public place without the driver or chauffeur being actually present and in charge thereof.(c)No person shall park or stand any truck camper, camper trailer, motor home, boat, boat trailer or other recreational vehicle on any residential street or public place for more than one hour at any time during the day or night.(d)Any vehicle in violation of this article and which remains in violation for the period of 24 hours or more shall be presumed to be abandoned and may be impounded by the police department.
