In unincorporated Gwinnett County, campers, motor homes, boats and boat trailers can't sit on a residential street or public place for more than one hour, day or night.
No person shall park or stand any truck camper, camper trailer, motor home, boat, boat trailer or other recreational vehicle on any residential street or public place for more than one hour at any time during the day or night.(d)Any vehicle in violation of this article and which remains in violation for the period of 24 hours or more shall be presumed to be abandoned and may be impounded by the police department.
