It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing, whether occupied or not, a vehicle on any street located in a residential zone, as defined in the City of Stamford Zoning Regulations, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., or to park for longer than two (2) hours in any twenty-four-hour period on a residential street, any vehicle bearing the types of number plates listed in Schedule A and having any one (1) of the following characteristics:(1)Height in excess of eight (8) feet.(2)Length in excess of twenty (20) feet.(3)Width in excess of seven (7) feet (excludes mirror).(4)Wheels in excess of four (4) in contact with the ground.(5)Gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight rating in excess of twelve thousand (12,000) pounds.
