Turlock Municipal Code § 4-7-1008 makes it unlawful to park or leave standing any commercial vehicle with a manufacturer's gross weight rating of 10,000 pounds or more on a street or on real property within a residential district: defined as the R-L, R-M, R-H and P-S zoning districts, plus any Commercial-Office or Planned Community Development parcel that is vacant or holds a dwelling unit.
