101 lists nineteen places where stopping, standing or parking is banned, sidewalks, within five feet of a driveway or fire hydrant, crosswalks, intersections, bus stops, bicycle lanes, and subsection Q puts a yellow-painted or "Reserved"-marked curb on that same list, separate from subsection P, which covers places where official signs (not paint) prohibit parking. The paint itself is the legal notice; no additional posted sign is required for a yellow curb citation. Limited carve-outs exist only for bicycles, electrically assisted bicycles and electric scooters parked on sidewalks or two abreast, per Colorado Revised Statutes § 42-4-1412(11), those exceptions attach to the sidewalk and multi-vehicle subsections, not to the yellow-curb rule.
