1009 sets the City's off-street loading standards. 10-G, uses in the Eating, Drinking, and Lodging; Office; and Retail Sales and Services categories need a minimum of one loading space per 50,000 square feet of ground-floor gross floor area (or part thereof); the first required space must be at least 12 feet by 40 feet, with any remaining spaces at least 10 feet by 25 feet. Other nonresidential uses follow the same 1-per-50,000-sf ratio but must also provide a 40-foot maneuvering aisle behind the space. B).
