Rose Hill's driveway rules sit in Chapter 94, Streets and Sidewalks, across four short sections. 037 requires a written permit from the Town Clerk or another authorized officer before anyone constructs, reconstructs, repairs, alters, or grades a driveway on the public streets, and guarantees every property abutting a town street one driveway at no cost to the owner. 038 requires the permit application to identify the owner, the party doing the work, the work location, attached plans, and the estimated cost, along with a fee set by the Board.

039 lets the issuing officer approve the permit once the Public Works Director signs off on the plans, the work meets the town's standard specifications, and the driveway will not unreasonably interfere with traffic, parking demand, or access to neighboring properties. 040, requires portland cement concrete in one course, plus drainage materials such as culverts or pipes where needed, wherever the immediate area around the driveway is already built up in concrete, asphalt, or similar paving.
