Spanish Fork requires driveway surfaces to be paved (concrete, asphalt, or pavers) in residential zones. For ADUs, Title 15.3.24.090(E) requires minimum 4 off-street paved spaces for external ADUs and 3 for internal ADUs. Vehicles may not overhang sidewalks or block public rights-of-way from driveways.
