Under Spanish Fork Municipal Code §9.40.010, personal fireworks are permitted July 2–5 and July 22–25. Hours are 11 AM–11 PM daily, and until midnight on July 4th and July 24th (Pioneer Day). Fireworks are prohibited: in all Industrial 3 (I-3) zones; south of the Spanish Fork River from the west end of The Oaks at Spanish Fork Golf Course to the city limits; near the mountain south/east of Powerhouse Road; in all city parks; and within 200 feet of any open field, unimproved lot with dry vegetation, or vacant building with dry vegetation. The city publishes a fireworks restriction map on its website. Violations carry a $1,000 fine.
