Howard County, IN Parking Rules: Loading Zones (2026)

Schedule II of Chapter 72 (Parking Schedules) lists the 200W bus loading zone by street, side, and restriction, the same table format the county uses for every no-parking and restricted-parking block in unincorporated Howard County. ; outside those hours or on weekends, ordinary parking is allowed. The county adopted the zone by Ordinance 1989-29, passed November 27, 1989, and the schedule requires the block to be marked with a posted Tow Away Zone sign before the restriction is enforceable.
