Summary
The Town of Irondequoit Code designates loading zones only through Schedule XX, and the locations are listed there. The schedule currently reads (Reserved), so the Code names no on-street loading zone in the Town. Stopping and unloading are still controlled by other Chapter 222 sections and by site rules for private lots.

Full Breakdown
Section 222-24 of the Town of Irondequoit Code says the locations described in Schedule XX (§ 222-70), attached to and made a part of Chapter 222, are designated as loading zones. Schedule XX itself prints a table with the columns Name of Street, Side and Location, and the only entry is (Reserved). The Code therefore sets no loading zone hours and names no loading zone street. Any zone would have to be added to the schedule, and under § 222-3 regulations are adopted by the Town Board in accordance with the Town Law and the Vehicle and Traffic Law, or by an officer or agency the Town Board authorizes under § 1603 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
Other provisions in Chapter 222 still reach unloading. Section 222-17 and § 222-18 bar stopping or standing on the streets in Schedules XIII and XIV, and §§ 222-20 and 222-21 do the same during the hours in Schedules XVI and XVII. Section 222-14 excludes trucks over the weights in Schedule XI from the listed streets, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets. Under § 222-16.2 the Supervisor or Chief of Police can issue a written order, for up to 96 consecutive hours, that prohibits or restricts parking, standing, stopping or unloading on named streets for public safety or a special event, with signs posted at least 24 hours ahead.
Private shopping center lots are handled differently. Sections 222-35 to 222-37 delegate to the Chief of Police authority over stopping, standing and parking in the parking areas of Irondequoit Plaza at Hudson and Titus Avenues, Culver Ridge Shopping Center at 2255 Ridge Road East and Empire Plaza at 380 Empire Boulevard, including ordering that a lane at least 30 feet wide stay open next to the stores. For new development, § 235-77(B) states that no required parking space can be substituted for any off-street loading and unloading space, nor any required loading and unloading space for a parking space.
Violations & Fines
A conviction of a traffic infraction under Chapter 222 that is not a violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Law carries, under § 222-50, a fine of not more than $100 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both, for a first conviction. A second conviction within 18 months carries up to $200 or 45 days, and a third or later conviction carries up to $300 or 90 days. Vehicles parked where stopping is prohibited can be removed at the owner's expense under §§ 222-29 and 222-31.
