(3) This time limited zone applies to delivery vehicles that do not fit within a single standard city parking space due to size and must park within the road or street right-of-way to make deliveries. (4) Deliveries shall be permitted only during the designated authorized time period and are limited to 30 minutes, and vehicle operators must turn off the vehicle's engine during deliveries.
