(a)Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, no person, including any person in possession of a parking privilege for physically disabled certificate issued by state law, shall park any vehicle in any parking zone for a longer consecutive period of time than is designated on the signs, markings or parking meter instruction plates posted, painted or erected in such zone. In those zones or areas where no signs, markings or parking meter instruction plates are posted, painted or erected, no person, including any person in possession of a parking privilege for physically disabled certificate issued by state law, shall park any vehicle for more than 24 consecutive hours.(b)A person in possession of a parking privilege for physically disabled certificate issued by state law may park for a maximum of four hours at one-hour, 90-minute, two-hour and three-hour parking meters.
