Section 71.01(B) requires all recreational vehicles, trailers, campers, boats and motorcycles that are not regularly used, defined as moved at least once per month, to be stored or parked behind the building setback line and not in front of the residential dwelling unit, and behind the side-yard setback line on corner lots facing the street. Section 71.01(F) governs street parking of these same vehicle types: recreational vehicles, trailers, campers and boats cannot be parked on any street, road or highway except for loading or unloading done in an expeditious manner, and that use cannot exceed a cumulative total of 48 hours in any consecutive seven-day period. Where an outdoor storage screening requirement under Section 71.01(A) also applies to a stored trailer or camper, it must be screened from public view by a maintained tarp, growth, fence, garage or similar structure permitted under the county's building and zoning codes.
