On private property (Section 22-160), RVs, boats, and trailers cannot be parked in front or side yards of residential zones unless on a hard-surfaced driveway, a gravel driveway with cement curbing, the required driveway to a garage or carport, or in a side yard enclosed by a 6-foot screening fence. All stored vehicles must be registered and operable.
