Metro Code Chapter 16.24 (Property Standards) prohibits inoperable, unlicensed, or unregistered vehicles from being openly stored on any premises. Under TCA Β§55-16-103, a vehicle illegally parked on public property for 48 hours may be towed. No permit system exists for temporary on-street RV parking.
