Bryan, TX Parking Rules: Street Parking Limits (2026)

Bryan's Division 3 parking rules bar leaving or parking any truck over 12,000 pounds gross vehicle weight, plus motor homes, trailers, truck-tractors, and recreational vehicles, on any public street or right-of-way anywhere in the city. Narrow exceptions exist: an out-of-town guest's RV parked at a residence for up to five days, utility and construction vehicles actively working, buses loading passengers, and vehicles actively loading or unloading. Standard on-street rules also apply citywide, a vehicle must park wholly within marked lines, angle parking follows posted signs, and the city manager can post no-parking or time-limited signs on any street. Police may relocate any vehicle blocking a roadway under Sec. 118-206.
