Vehicles must park within 12 inches of the curb facing direction of travel per FL §316.1945. PBC Sheriff enforces parking on county-maintained roads. Many gated communities and PUDs have private road rules enforced by HOAs. Parking on swales is prohibited and damages stormwater drainage.
