Commercial vehicles exceeding 1-ton rated capacity (typically over 12,500 lbs GVWR), tractors, semi-trailers, dump trucks, and construction equipment are prohibited from parking in residential districts overnight. One pickup truck or van under 1-ton with company markings is permitted if owned by a resident. Vehicles must fit within driveway without overhanging sidewalk or right-of-way. Active service calls and deliveries are exempt during work hours.
First offense warning. Subsequent: $250 fine. Repeated violations: $500 plus possible lien against property.
