Code Section 27-1504 defines commercial vehicles. Semi-trucks, box trucks over 1 ton, dump trucks, and equipment trailers prohibited on residential streets and driveways between 10 PM and 6 AM. Landscaping trailers, construction trailers, and trailers over 16 feet also restricted. One pickup truck with company logo permitted if under 1 ton and parked in driveway or garage.
First offense: $100 warning. Repeat: $250-$500. Chronic violators: code enforcement board referral $500/day.
