Section 27-2856(b) governs boats, recreational vehicles, and trailers on single-family and duplex lots in any residential zoning district. It permits parking in the side interior, side corner, or rear yard only, capping the count at one boat, one boat trailer or utility trailer, and one recreational vehicle per lot, never more than one of each. The vehicle, boat, or trailer must belong to a resident of the premises, and subsection (b)(2) expressly forbids using it for living, sleeping, or housekeeping purposes, closing off the option of treating a parked RV as extra living space.

Anything parked in a side corner yard carries an added screening duty under subsection (b)(3): it must be shielded from view of the right-of-way along the side corner property line and the front yard property line with a six-foot-high opaque fence and gate, landscaping at least four feet high at planting, or another screening material that is architecturally compatible with the principal building, though no screening is required across a permitted driveway. Section 27-2856(c) separately limits ordinary passenger cars and trucks to a combined total of two in a side interior or rear yard.
