Loveland, CO Parking Rules: Street Parking Limits (2026)

Downtown Loveland operates under a published time-of-day scheme. Two-hour on-street parking is allowed from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., enforced by the city; to avoid a citation in a 2-hour zone the vehicle must be moved before or at the two-hour mark (no re-parking in the same block). From 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. downtown on-street parking has no time limit. From 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. downtown on-street parking is prohibited entirely so that roadways are clear for snow plows and street sweepers; the side-of-street pattern alternates: no parking on the south and west sides on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, and no parking on the north and east sides on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
