(11)Within twenty (20) feet of an entrance to any structure in which smoking or use of vapor products is prohibited or limited by this article. This subsection shall not apply to any person in a motor vehicle or to any person merely passing by an entrance to a structure;(12)The seating areas and enclosed spaces of any stadium, outdoor arena or athletic field;(13)The patio areas of any restaurant, bar or other commercial establishment except as provided in section 11-291(6).(b)For purposes of this chapter, "vapor product" shall mean any non-combustible product with or without nicotine that employs a heating element, power source, electronic circuit, or other electronic, chemical or mechanical means, regardless of shape or size, which can be used to produce vapor with or without nicotine in a solution or other form. Vapor product includes any electronic cigarette, electronic cigar, electronic cigarillo, electronic pipe, or similar product or device and any vapor cartridge or other container of nicotine in a liquid solution or other form that is intended to be used with or in an electronic cigarette, electronic cigar, electronic cigarillo, electronic pipe, or similar product or device.
