060 prohibits smoking in three situations beyond whatever state or federal law already bans: in any public place, enclosed or not, that the property owner, manager, or operator has posted as nonsmoking; within 300 feet of any school, day care center, playground, park, amusement center, or youth sports facility; and within 20 feet of any outdoor dining area. 040 covers lighting, inhaling, exhaling or burning any pipe, cigar, cigarette, weed or plant, or carrying any lit combustible. 145 carves out permitted smoking spots: a private residence (including an attached or detached garage) where the owner hasn't posted it nonsmoking; an outdoor location the property owner has designated and posted for smoking, so long as it sits outside the 300-foot buffer around a school, playground, pool or youth facility; inside an enclosed tobacco shop that bars minors; and inside a private vehicle unless a minor is present.

155 requires "No Smoking" signs at every entrance of a fully nonsmoking building, and requires property owners near a children's facility to post proximity notices where the buffer isn't obvious and smoking complaints have occurred. 160 bars retaliation against anyone who reports a smoking violation or seeks enforcement of the chapter.
