01, Subd. 2 of the Plymouth City Code defines 'Smoking' broadly to include inhaling, exhaling, burning or carrying any lighted or heated cigar, cigarette, pipe or other product containing or derived from nicotine, cannabis, hemp or another plant or substance intended for inhalation, and it expressly folds in the use of an 'electronic delivery device,' a term covering e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, vape pens, mods and tank systems regardless of the product's brand name. 09, Subd. 17 prohibits smoking in all City parks, in all public parking lots adjacent to a City park, and inside any motor vehicle parked in a park or its adjacent public parking lot.
