B. Outdoor areas. Chapter 38, adopted October 17, 2023 (L.L. No. 6-2023), makes it a violation to smoke or vape cannabis at all Town-owned beaches, parks, playgrounds, and recreation areas, indoors in every Town building, within 25 feet of Town buildings and of entrances to smoke-free buildings, and within 50 feet of any Town-sponsored event.
