Summary
Dearborn makes it unlawful to urinate or defecate in a public place or in view of the public, regardless of whether anyone actually witnesses the act.
No person shall urinate or defecate in a public place or in any other place in view of the public not specifically designated for that purpose or under circumstances in which his or her conduct is likely to be viewed by others, whether or not the urination or defecation actually occur.
