Violations & Fines
A violation of the storage requirement in § 50.031 is punishable under the general chapter penalty in § 50.999, a civil penalty of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000 per day, with each day of violation counted as a separate offense. Citations may be issued by the Judge/Executive or his or her designee, the Solid Waste Coordinator, or the County Sheriff.
